The 2024 Data Needs Survey (SKD) aims to obtain consumer perceptions on the quality of BPS services and data, as well as identify consumer data needs. The results of the SKD are used as evaluation materials to improve the quality of services and the provision of statistical data and information. Specifically, the 2024 SKD aims to:

1. Determine the types of data needed by consumers;
2. Determine the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data and services;
3. Provide service improvement recommendations in the PST unit at each BPS work unit across Indonesia;
4. Determine the achievement of BPS Main Performance Indicators (IKU); and
5. Determine the anti-corruption perception value towards BPS services.
