Abstract

The occupancy rate of star-rated hotels in Cilacap Regency in August 2024 was recorded at 39.18 percent, representing a decrease of 7.48 points compared to the occupancy rate in July 2024, which was 46.66 percent. In comparison to the same period in 2023, the occupancy rate for August 2024 also saw a decline of 3.67 points from the 42.85 percent recorded in August 2023.
In August 2024, the highest occupancy rate was observed in 3-star plus hotels at 45.05 percent, while the lowest rate was in 1-star hotels at 17.82 percent.
The average length of stay (ALOS) for guests in star-rated hotels in August 2024 was 1.41 nights, a decrease of 0.06 points compared to the ALOS of 1.47 nights in July 2024.
In August 2024, the ALOS for international guests was recorded at 2.25 nights, while the ALOS for domestic guests was 1.40 nights.
