Gross Regional Domestic Product of Cilacap Regency by Industrial Origin 2013-2017

GRDP figure at current prices of Cilacap in 2017 reached 105.67 trillion rupiah. In nominal terms, this GRDP figure is increased by 6.77 trillion rupiah. This movement support the increasing of GRDP per Capita Cilacap which reached 61.73 million rupiah in 2017. This showed that during 2017 Cilacap experiencing economic growth of about 2.45 percen. But, the growth is slower than the previous year which amounted 5.06 persen. This caused by fluctuation of crude oil price which gave bad effect to field Manufacturing Industry. Manufacturing Industry has biggest role on economy of Cilacap

Over the last five years (2013-2017) economic structure in Cilacap dominated by five (5) category of business field, such as: Manufacturing Industry (63.15 percent), Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishery (9.23 percent); Construction (5.80 percent); Wholesale and and Retail Trade, Repair of Vehicles and Motorcycles (5.79 percent); and Mining and Quarrying (3.66 percent). Eventhough, the highest economic growth was achieved by Information and Communication business field of 10.71 percent in 2017. In this 4.0 industrialization era, internet connection is something crucial that will boost the sales of internat data package which the main support of this business field.
