Abstract

BPS has regularly conducted the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM), integrated with the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims not only to identify data needs but also to assess consumer satisfaction with BPS data services. The results of the 2024 SKD implementation are presented in a publication titled “Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics Cilacap Regency 2024”. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators featured in this publication.
